Overlay ec2-baseline - Baseline for EC2 AMI, do not use elsewhere

Adds drivers needed for EC2 images on AWS, and tools so that new instances boot up correctly (for example, picking up the correct root ssh key).

This is automatically installed on the AMIs supplied by Tribblix. Do not use outside of an AWS EC2 instance.
